  • Where can I park during practice since it is so crowded on Lloyd Road?
    Q:

Over the next few weeks, construction will begin at MKA right in the middle of the Upper School Campus. The library is being expanded and transformed to serve the school as a brand new academic center. This unfortunately will make Lloyd Road even more congested due to trailers, equipment, vehicles, and the construction itself. Because of this, there can be absolutely NO PARKING OR IDLING on Lloyd Road near MKA once construction begins!

Here are a few parking tips for our parents and swimmers coming to practice...

    1. You can park further up Lloyd Road (past the school) but only after 6:00pm.

    2. Additional parking can be found behind the football field off of Walden place ("Walden Lot"). There is talk of using the small field next to Walden ("the pit") as an additional temporary parking lot.

    3. The MKA teacher's lot is behind MKA and you can park there after school hours - park closest to the top of the hill and use the walking path to come around the back of the gym and pool building. (see map image below)

  • I have used the online contact form but have not received a response. Whom should I contact regarding this problem?
    Q:

We apologize if this has occured and ask that you to please email the webmaster directly ( webmaster@cougaraquatic.com ) with any questions or concerns.

    A:

  • I received an email from the Webmaster regarding my swimmer's entry into a meet. Where do I use the meet declination system?
    Q:

Login to the 'Member's Only' Section of the site and you will automatically be taken to the 'Meet Dashboard' page. From there you should see your swimmer(s) and what meets they have been invited to. In the center you may seen your child as "Swimmer is not currently enrolled in any meets." We will be adding swimmers to upcoming meets and you should see how the dashboard will work.

The system is simple and is designed to cut back on the number of discrepancies if a swimmer is entered into a meet, doesn't swim in that entered meet, and is still charged for entry fees. Remember, this system will only "Decline" you from a meet...it is automatically assumed you will be attending every meet we have scheduled.

Contact the webmaster@cougaraquatic.com for any further assistance.
